For a to do list I came across Remember The Milk a few years ago, and find it really helps me keep productive.

I’ve set it up so that I have different folders for different projects with multiple tasks in each. And because I’ve used it in conjunction with their Twitter account, I get twitter reminders too.

I’ve set the reminders to come to me at 8 am, which is when I am travelling to work on the train. A nice reminder to focus my mind for the day ahead. And Twitter emails me these too, so just in case I get sidetracked by a coffee and Danish pastry on the way in, I find a second reminder in my email account. No excuses!
