Game of Skill (Friday prize)

Build a website on Moonfruit.com about your dream destination and tweet your site address to us @moontweet . We will choose the site that best reflects the chosen destination, inspires us, makes us laugh/cry/happy. (Remember fewer people will enter the 'Game of Skill' so you'll have a better chance to win). Entries will be accepted at any time up to Friday 6th, November 2009 at 5pm GMT with the winner announced at 6pm GMT.

Official rules

1. This competition is offered by SiteMaker Software Limited ("SiteMaker") and is open to anyone with a Twitter account who is at least 18 years of age. Employees and agents of SiteMaker and/or its affiliated companies and family members of such employees are not eligible to enter.
2. If you are under 18 you can still enter, but we may have to provide an alternative prize of equivalent value as we cannot be flying minors around the world. I hear Macbooks are nice ;-)
3. The 'game of chance' give away will begin at 10am GMT on Monday 2nd November 2009 and finish at 5pm GMT on Thursday 5th November 2009. The 'game of skill' give away will begin at 10am GMT on Monday 2nd November 2009 and finish at 4pm GMT on Friday 6th November 2009.
4. Winners will receive 2 tickets (for you and a friend) from your nearest international airport to any one of their choice of the 14 listed destinations. Only one-way, so you'll have to win twice to get back. Just kidding, we'll bring you back too. So you'll get 2 return tickets to any of the destinations.
5. Winners can pick their destination and ideal flying dates and we will work with you to book and buy them based on flight availability. Flight costs are to be capped at £1000 per return ticket (roughly $1600 at current rates of exchange ), with 2 tickets per winner. If your flight costs less than the maximum per ticket, we will contribute the balance towards other costs of your trip, e.g. If your flight costs £500, we will pay the remaining £500 towards your other trip costs. At our discretion we reserve the right to increase this limit on a per winner basis (to make your dreams come true!).
6. Winners must take care of their own passport/visa requirements. SiteMaker cannot accept any responsibility if you are unable to travel to your chosen destination for any reason whatsoever.
7. Winners are responsible for their own travel insurance.
8. The tickets awarded by SiteMaker under this competition are not transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
9. You are responsible for any other costs associated with the trip, e.g. hotels, food, etc. We will pay only for the flight costs, subject to paying a cash amount as set out in clause 5 to represent the amount by which each ticket price falls short of £1000.
10. We will pay to offset the carbon of your flight and all additional carbon offsetting using The Clean Planet Trust ( http://www.puretrust.org.uk/page.jsp?id=16) which is a registered UK charity.
11. The 'game of chance' winner will be chosen randomly from all valid entries each day of the competition up to 5pm GMT on the day of the prize. We will then announce this winner from our twitter account (@moontweet) so keep listening to see if you've won. The random winner will be determined by writing every entrant ' s name on the side of an enormous multisided dice and rolling it down Oxford St until it comes to a natural stop (just kidding, that's just crazy talk, we'll use our computer to randomly select which street we'll roll the dice down. Oxford St is just too dangerous. Just kidding, we'll get the computer to do it. Pick the winner, not rolling/pointing or anything else. Obviously. So just to be clear, a computer program will pick a random winner from all valid entries). Valid entries will contain the text in the following format #flymeto destination. Automated tweets will be disqualified.
12. The 'game of skill' winner will be chosen by our design team from all moonfruit websites submitted to us by 4pm GMT on Friday 6th November 2009 that meet the entry requirements described above. The decision of the design team is final.
13. Entrants' personal details will be used by SiteMaker strictly in accordance with SiteMaker's privacy policy.
14. Neither SiteMaker nor its affiliated companies shall have any liability for (i) any technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (ii) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition; (iii) any malfunction of or damage to any prize which may be offered as an alternative to flight tickets ( iv ) any errors or delays caused by airlines or travel agencies which affect the tickets offered under this competition; or (v) any restrictions or delays imposed by any airlines or immigration authorities.
15. The flight tickets offered under this competition will be issued subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airlines. If you have a claim against an airline as a result of flights won under this competition you must pursue that claim independently, without recourse to SiteMaker.
16. The terms of this competition are governed by English law and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction in respect of any dispute which may arise.
