2005 - Moonfruit SiteMaker Free launches in July, heralding the return of a free product.
2004 - Moonfruit signs a contract with Channel 4 to use SiteMaker as part of its Origination Project. Origination brings together web resources celebrating the contributions of immigrant cultures to contemporary Britain and encourages others to share experiences and knowledge by publishing online.
2004 - Moonfruit SiteMaker 4.0 launches, delivering substantial product updates to customers, and greater partner customization for licenses. A distribution deal agreed with Lycos Europe, which would see SiteMaker 4.0 rolled out across 9 European countries.
2001 - The first subscription product, Moonfruit SiteMaker 3.0, is launched, providing a sustainable revenue model for the company, and revenue share for partners. Additional customer features included Paypal e-commerce tools.
2000 - Moonfruit launches SiteMaker 2.0, incorporating a host of new customer features, and the first partner licensable version of SiteMaker. EMAP becomes the first major partner.
