  4. on the 'Security Settings' panel scroll down and locate the 'Scripting' section
  5. find 'Active Scripting' and click 'Enable'
  6. click 'OK' to save your 'Security Settings'
  7. click 'OK' to exit the 'Internet Options' panel
  8. and then 'Refresh' your web browser (or use 'F5')

Firefox - for users of Mozilla's Firefox, please:

  1. go to the 'Tools' menu
  2. select 'Options'
  3. go to the 'Content' tab
  4. make sure that the 'Enable JavaScript' box is checked
  5. click 'OK'
  6. and 'Reload' your web browser (or use 'Ctrl + R')

Safari - for Mac users with the latest version of Safari (2.x):

  1. select 'Preferences' from the 'Safari' menu
  2. click 'Security'
  3. ensure that both the 'Enable Java' and 'Enable JavaScript' boxes are checked
  4. close the panel
  5. finally, 'Reload' your web browser

AOL - users of AOL 7.0 or 8.0 should:

  1. from the 'My AOL' menu, click 'Preferences'
  2. click 'WWW'
  3. select the 'Security' tab from the 'AOL Internet Properties' panel
  4. click 'Custom'
  5. on the 'Security Settings' panel scroll down and locate the 'Scripting' section
  6. find 'Active Scripting' and click 'Enable'
  7. click 'OK' to save your 'Security Settings'
