When will I be billed?

You are billed automatically the day you sign up to a paid subscription. Subsequent payments are taken automatically (monthly for a monthly plan and annually for an annual plan) from the card you registered with.

Can I upgrade/downgrade my plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan from your account dashboard by selecting 'Billing' and then 'Change plan'. Upgrades are effective immediately, whereas downgrades will be effective from your next renewal date.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel anytime by logging into your account and navigating to the 'Billing' page where you can manage your subscription. For more information on cancellations visit our help centre here.
